B. Windows Operating System Installation:

1. History of Windows operating systems.
2. Versions of Windows Operating system.
3. Fat & NTFS Partition systems
4. OS Installation: This is in important aspect of a computer system, without which computer hardware would mean nothing. You would be involved and guided step by step in order to carry out a successful installation of a windows operating system.

D. Basic Troubleshooting on windows computer system. This gives you a direction to start with if something goes wrong with a computer and helps one to diagnose hardware and software problems and propose as solution.
